So says the sign on the rock wall...Cameron Park, A special place to live. The community interactive website:http://www.mycameronpark.com
What makes Cameron Park so special? Part of it, is it's location, nestled in the Sierra Nevada foothills where redbud still covers vast expanses with a rosy landscape in the Spring. Crossing both Highway 50 and Green Valley Road, Cameron Park has a mix of rural and suburban housing for its more than 15,000 residents. Then there are all the things that make Cameron Park truly special, that give it its own identity: the airpark, the lake, the Christa McAuliffe Park, the Library, the Sports club, and soon the new Community Center. The schools are excellent too. What else gives a place its identity and flavor are the people in it, especially the people who are active in the affairs of the Community. I invite you to visit my fine town...give me a call, should you like a personal tour.
